Who Applies A wine manufacturer wishing to direct ship wine to consumers.

When To Apply Before direct shipping wine to consumers.

Initial Requirements A wine manufacturer licensed or permitted pursuant to laws regulating alcoholic beverages in this state or another state. A “wine manufacturer” means a person who processes the fruit, vegetables, dandelions, clover, honey, or any combination of these ingredients, by fermentation into wines.

Duration 12 months.

Processing Time 45 days.

Fee Structure Permit: $25
