Initial Requirements – Proof of control of the property to be licensed (deed, lease, final sales contract) – Sketch of the premises to be licensed – Local authority approval. A local authority is either the city council or the county board of supervisors, depending on where the premises to be licensed is located.

Processing Time 45 days
Fee Structure Fee is based on population where the licensed premises is located and square footage. Total license fee ranges from $75 to $750.
Renewal Requirements License must be renewed on an annual basis. Same requirements as when the license was initially issued.
