Initial Requirements Licensees may not store liquor, wine, or beer for their alcoholic beverages business in the area of the building designated as the living quarters. All books and records with regard to the alcoholic beverages business must remain in the part of the building designated as the licensed premises--not the living quarters.
Duration A Living Quarters Permit is not a stand-alone license. It expires with the regular license.
