A person who is licensed by the state to take, attempt to take, posses, transport, and sell commercial turtles.

Who Applies Any one wishing to harvest designated wild turtle species for the purpose of selling them.
When To Apply Any time during the calendar year.
Initial Requirements Must have tags attached to turtle gear with name, address or DNR license number.
Duration Annual renewal valid until January 10 of the succeeding calendar year.
Processing Time Two weeks.
Fee Structure Resident License - $102 Non resident License - $202
Renewal Requirements Submission of monthly reports to the DNR.
