Persons planning to apply pesticides to specific classes of water (contact DNR for a specific listing of water classes) of the state must apply and obtain a permit prior to the pesticide application. This permit does not pertain to farm ponds. Applies to Class \"C\" waters only.

Who Applies Persons planning to apply pesticides to specific classes of water of the state must apply and obtain a permit prior to the pesticide application. For more information on specific water classification contact the Department of Natural Resources.
When To Apply A completed application must be filed with the Department of Natural Resources at least 90 days before the anticipated period of pesticide application.
Initial Requirements None.
Duration Valid only for the period of time indicated in the permit, up to the end of the calendar year of issuance.
Processing Time Ninety days.
