A vehicle used primarily for collecting or transporting milk or milk product in the bulk shall possess a "milk truck" license.

Who Applies The operator of a milk or cream collection vehicle must obtain a license for the vehicle. This license is not required for individuals transporting their own dairy products.

Duration A license is valid until July 1, following the date of issuance.
Processing Time Approximately one day.
Fee Structure $25 per year.
Renewal Requirements Bi-Annual.
Exam Initial vehicle inspection and then yearly inspections required to stay in compliance.
