License to distribute**  **DISTRIBUTION INCLUDES**  Pesticides applied by a commercial applicator, except those pesticides purchased and supplied by the customer. (1) any amount of restricted use pesticide (2) any pesticide either general or restricted use for use by commercial or public applicators (3) more than $10,000 gross annual retail sales of general use pesticides labeled for Agricultural or lawn & garden.

Who Applies Any person wishing to engage in business as a pesticide dealer must obtain a license.

When To Apply Application must be made and a license issued before operations begin.

Initial Requirements Does not pertain

Duration License expires on June 30th of each calendar year.

Processing Time 10 days.

Fee Structure The initial license fee is $25, the renewal of the license has a fee structure: 1) If total distribution is OVER $100,000.00 the renewal fee is determined by multiplying total distribution by 0.001 2) if the total distribution if less than $100,000.00 the renewal fee is based on: Sales less than $10,000 = $10 Sales between $10,000 and $24,999 = $25 Sales between $25,000 and $49,999 = $50 Sales between $50,000 and $74,999 = $75 Sales between $75,000 and $99,999 = $100
