Who Applies Any person wishing to operate a salon must first obtain a license.

When To Apply Application must be made and a license issued before the salon opens for business.

Initial Requirements Salons must comply with requirements in IAC 645--63. A new salon application must be filed if there is a change in ownership or location.

Duration Two years.
