Who Applies A harvester of wild ginseng.

When To Apply Anytime. Legal harvest season from September 1 through October 31.

Initial Requirements None.

Duration Valid from September 1 through March 15 of the following year.

Processing Time Two weeks.

Fee Structure The harvester’s permit is $35 for residents and $65 for nonresidents; there is also an additional processing fee associated with ELSI.

Renewal Requirements Does not pertain.
