Permit establishes a program governing the harvesting and sale of American ginseng subject to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Flora and Fauna.

When To Apply The ginseng grower`s permit renewal must be filed within 60 days of expiration.

Duration Valid for 5 years from the date of issuance.

Fee Structure There is no fee for the permit, except for the charge associated with ELSI.
