Who Applies Any Company, Corporation or individual removing sand or gravel from state-owned land or waters.

When To Apply Minimum of sixty (60) days prior to beginning operation.

Initial Requirements Army Corps of Engineers permit. A statement certifying that applicant has access over private adjacent land. A surety bond in the amount of five thousand dollars ($5000). A certificate of the insurance in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000). Royalty payment in the amount of $.25 per ton.

Duration One calendar year.

Processing Time 60 Days.
