For Iowa native distilled spirits manufacturers. Allows for the manufacture of native distilled spirits for sale to the Department and customers outside of the state. Also allows for the limited sale of native distilled spirits at retail at the native distillery for off-premises consumption.

Initial Requirements – A DSP issued by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau of the U.S. Department of Treasury (TTB) – Proof of control of the property to be licensed (deed, lease, final sales contract) – Sketch of the premises to be licensed – Proof of zoning

Duration 12 months

Processing Time 45 days

Fee Structure $300

Renewal Requirements Licensed must be renewed on an annual basis. Same requirements as when the permit was initially issued.
