Privilege available to holders of a 12-month class “C” retail alcohol license (LC). Allows the licensee to act as an agent of a private social host and cater alcoholic liquor, wine, and beer as part of a food catering service. Alcoholic beverages and food must be served without cost to guests. No sales by the glass.
