Who Applies Any individual or organization wishing to sell carry-out native wine in original, unopened containers for off-premises consumption.

Initial Requirements Permittees must attain an Iowa Sales Tax Permit and a Federal Occupational Tax Permit. To obtain the Federal Occupational Tax Permit contact 513.684.2979. Applicant Qualifications: Applicant must be 21 years of age or older, an U.S. citizen and an Iowa resident or a registered corporation, having no felony convictions within the past 5 years, possessing \”good moral character\” as defined in the Iowa Code section 123.3(34) and good financial standing.

Duration One year, 8 month, 6 month, 14 day, or 5 day.

Processing Time 45 days.
