Who Applies An individual or organization wishing to promote or represent a manufacturer or supplier of alcoholic liquor products.

When To Apply Application must be made and a permit issued before the broker begins operations in Iowa.

Initial Requirements An applicant must submit a list of names and addresses of all manufacturers, distillers, and importers the applicant will represent. The list must be amended as necessary to keep it current.
