The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services is required by law to approve all confirmatory laboratories that desire to provide employee drug testing services for private sector employers located or doing business in Iowa.

Processing Time Seven to 21 days.

Fee Structure Initial Approval Application: $600 Renewal: $300
