Who Applies A license must be obtained by any person conducting carnival-style games for a profit.

When To Apply Games may be conducted only after a license has been issued by the Department of Inspections and Appeals (DIA).

Initial Requirements Each stand must prominently display a license issued by the DIA which specifies the game licensed. The cost to play shall not exceed $5 and may only award merchandise prizes not exceeding $950 in value.

Duration One year.
